The magic of Refugio Beach comes to me every time I see it, surf it, paint it.... Years of coastal history are reflected in its bluffs and beaches. I can always imagine a Caravel with the sails down, resting in the bay as the sailors relaxed in the lee of the point.
Note to those interested: Many of these paintings have been sold but I leave them up so you might have an idea of what you are lookiing for.
